This is a quick and easy side dish you could make with raw banana, It taste really delicious, it turns crispy and taste amazing with plain rasam rice, sambar rice or curd rice..

Ingredients for Vazhakkai Varuval Recipe
- Raw Banana - 2 Peeled and sliced thinly
- Salt to taste
- Turmeric powder - ½ tsp
- Water to cook banana
- Oil for pan frying
For Marinate:
- Sambar Powder - 1.5 tblspn
- Turmeric Power - ½ tsp
- Garam Masala Powder - 1 tsp
- Salt to taste
How to make Vazhakkai Varuval Recipe
- Take raw banana and cover with water. Sprinkle salt and turmeric in the water and cook till it is just done.
- Take all the spices given in a bowl, add the banana and mix well. Coat it well with the spices.
- Now heat a tawa, drizzle with oil. Pan fry the banana till it is crispy.
- Remove it and serve.

- ½ tsp Turmeric powder
- Water to cook banana
