When the warm weather hits and grill season starts, it is time for BBQ! We all know that it takes coleslaw to make the meal "just right", so take the necessary time to get prepared with a bunch of ingredients and avoid store-bought slaw which may contain non-Paleo ingredients.

Pineapple Cabbage Coleslaw is an absolute favorite, and Coleslaw with Apples and Poppy Seeds is worth its weight in subtle crunchiness.
Salads are nutritious and delicious, full of vitamins too; the real star here, however, is the rib eye steak. If you are new to the wonders of how to cook the perfect steak, then take a few minutes to read up on the art of cooking and choosing steak so you have a better idea of what adventures you are getting into.
The rib-eye is considered one of the best bites of beef, the steaks coming from the main muscle attached to the spine, with or without the bone. The ribeye is an excellent protein choice for grilling as the marbling of fat ensures that it is full of flavor and succulent throughout, something the spices will surely agree with.
If you have leftover Texas-Style Rub, you can save it in a jar for the next time you fire up the grill. You can even experiment and sample it on chicken breasts or pork ribs - increase the heat, add a bit more garlic powder, toss in some dried herbs, and make it your own secret rub.
